Contract-to-Hire via an IT outsourcing agency. They interviewed me by phone first, then got me in contact with JDA. I had a brief phone screen with the HR director, then a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and team lead for the position.
They asked about my previous jobs and some technical stuff, and then talked quite a lot about the company and its products, specifics about the position, and some about the culture and team. Lasted about 45 minutes.
