Submitted my application online,
Called roughly a week later to check up,
Received call for interview,
Interviewed by the department supervisor,
After "passing" her approval
You go to a 2nd interview which she offered for me to go straight to with the store manager
The store manger then interviewed me
Offered me the job
It was a VERY big and thorough process then which was almost 5 years ago
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Entretien
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
