Easy, friendly . You have to discuss your knowledge about the company and show your interest in the business aspect of leading and understanding numbers. Customer service is huge and being able to make customer service a priority for your team will be a good talking point. Understanding and expressing how the company stands out compared to its competitors is a good speaking topic as well.
