They offered a brief phone interview, were super sweet and interested in my skill sets. Determining the fit seemed very important to the recruiter, they seem to really care to find the right position within the company long term.

After submitting application I got an email about a week later to have an interview. I went through 4 interviews one with hiring manager, beauty manager, store manager and district manager!

I had 4 interviews and enjoyed each and every one!!!! Each person that interviewed me, was wanting to learn who I was as a person. They asked about my experience in the beauty industry. Each interview was casual and relaxed.

Everything went perfect!!, very professionals . All 3 filters I had to go through, I spoke to people, that not only were professional, they were also friendly, and easy going.
