First I was contacted (via) email to schedule a phone interview about 2 weeks, after I applied for the position. The phone interview was fair easy, basic questions about career path. After the phone interview I was scheduled, for a in person interview with the district manager a few days later. After the phone interview with the district manager, I didn’t hear anything for about a week and a half.

Entretien
I was painless and through. I enjoyed the process and my questions were asked when I asked them. The process went very well and was very communicted. I don't think the process needs to be changed or there is anything that could make it better.

Entretien
I participated in 4 separate interviews with different levels of management. I feel that JCPENNEY is thorough in their selection of talent and candidates for the roles that they hire for. Overall was a good experience and all members of management were very friendly.

Entretien
Interview process went very well and easy. There were 4 interviews. Only complaint would be how slow the process is. It took about three weeks to receive an offer after I applied.
