Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez JCPenney en nov. 2011
Entretien
This was probably the easiest interview I've had. Not sure if I was already guaranteed a position because of my previous experience (1 other Sales Associate job), but the interview was more about my availability. Met the interviewer and asked about my previous experience and why I was right for the job, then he went on to talk about the details of the job, the pay, and what hours to expect, (Need to very flexible, especially in the weeks leading to Christmas), got offered the job on the spot and just waiting for the background check to clear so I can go for orientation.
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
