Entretien
I was contacted about an interview a week out, I think. The manager interviewed me in the studio during a slow day in October. He asked questions and then finished with the teddy bear posing and photography. I was then asked to provide availability.

He asked questions like 'what would you do if a customer had an issue with your photography', 'how would you sell this collage', and 'how would you convince someone to come in for a session?' I was also asked about previous experience with photography, sales, customer service, etc. Finally, I was asked to pose and photograph a teddy bear with some props. Simple interview. I expected it all.

It was nice and cordial talking about photography business and requirements for many kind of costumers and the different products to offer in the place and by phone, emails etc

Entretien
The one I went to in Carolina Place Mall, the interviewer gave me a paper quiz to test whether or not I was able to follow instructions (it's a trick test. You weren't supposed to write anything as mentioned on the test). They then asked questions about availability and the job requirements. When I told them that I had no specialty in cashier, the interviewer said that the job is not for me and to have a good day.

Took all of 20 minutes, manager asked basic questions. Told me I was hired on the spot. We spoke in the back of JCpenney. We ended up talking about other things unrelated to the job.
