Phone interview done with HR and then a hiring manager. Manager asked about my prior experience in the mortgage industry. I went over each position I held in Processing, Underwriting, Closing and Funding and what each positions duties entailed. They also asked about computer and tech experience and which programs I had previously used. They required windows based computer with high speed internet access in order to log into the remote desktop for work, files, and training.
