Entretien
The hiring process begins with an interview with Human Resources, followed by meetings with a group of supervisors. Next, candidates undergo drug and background checks, including fingerprinting. After these tests, they must complete a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) class and officially be hired upon passing it. The entire process typically takes about a month.

Entretien
It took about two weeks to be interviews then I met with a manager he was very thorough . The interview lasted about and hour. He explained that the clients can become very aggressive and if I was able to manage them at times even though your no the only counselor on the campus
