After the quiz, he talks about his expectations of you and what to expect in the firm. You have to expect overtime - most of the time. Don't expect own time. People pretty much have their head buried in work, so don't get a culture shock if you decided to join. My overall takeaway on the firm was, overtime was a definite thing, but theirs was a little over the top. Probably because they didn't you to get a culture shock when you join. And it came across as trying to scare you away instead.
