Phone call, meet, couple of scenarios - had a phone call first, wanted to know what I had worked on, why JATO was of interest and what my experience of working in a MS environment. Then met at their London offices - tested on my knowledge and given a couple of dev scenarios to work through

Entretien
I applied through a recruiter. 3 rounds of interviews, the first one is with the Head of Software Development. The second was scheduled within a week with a solution architect and a team lead. These 2 rounds consisted of basic technical questions and some live coding. The last round was with HR, which consisted of behavioral questions. All of the interviewers were very nice, and I received the offer within 2 weeks of my first round interview.
