Il processo di selezione si articola in due step: il primo è telefonico, il secondo è in presenza motivazionale e infine il terzo in presenza tecnico, nulla di complicato.

I primi step sono stati da remoto ed introduttivi, Dopo un take home assignment con esito positivo c'è stato un incontro in sede per la conferma e presentazione fisica. L'assignment richiedeva di costruire un frontend con degli API forniti appositmente per il test.

Two managers interviewing. They asked about my background and then proposed two case studies (on market sizing) to evaluate reasoning. Both managers have been kind and I can guess the environment is collegial and informal.
