Terrible - Recruiter called me and was very impressed with my background. Had a good chat about the role and my experience. I was told they would get back to me after the weekend, and even after a follow-up email from me, was completely ignored. I was warned about J.Jills HR & TA teams and that they were very difficult to work with, and I should have listened. 4 weeks and still nothing I can see why their GD score is so low.
