All online. Went through a phone call first, and then a video call. Everyone was very nice and up front about the work that will be done. Everyone was professional.

Scheduled a call with a recruiter after applying. Prepared for the interview, but never got a call from the recruiter. Didn't bother to follow up, as I shouldn't have to do a recruiter's job for them.
