Entretien
I applied via email to a Craigslist posting for the position. Was then called by the store manager and asked to apply via their internal careers page. Had an interview a few days after. It was a joint interview at a coffee shop down the street, we were both offered positions.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Questions were mainly based on what we liked about JCrew and the manager talking about the needs of that specific store. It was apparent that we both would be offered positions within 10 minutes of the interview starting.
I filled out an application, a day later I received a call from the hiring manager. We scheduled an in person interview, it was super chill. They offered me the position right away, I told them that I will give 24 hrs to respond. I chose not to take the position due to personal matters.
I walked in the store and asked for an interview and a few days alter I met with the store director one-on-one after getting a phone call. Then I was asked questions about my availability and I was hired. They seemed to think I was a good fit, I had dressed up well and J.Crew clothing, so I was hired quickly.

I had applied for a seasonal sales associate position. I received a call to schedule an interview and was sent a zoom link through email. I had been asked some questions. I also asked questions about the duration of this position, about wage, dress code, and specification on what the job would entail.
