I interviewed 6 years ago with the regional at the time for the operations key holder position. Then waited a few days and interviewed with the store director at the time I waited about a month to hear back and followed up in between a few times to check the status.

Entretien
It was a store to store transfer so I just did a phone interview with the store director. We had a brief conversation over the phone about my current responsibilities within the company and person who I was interviewing with also had a conversation with my current boss.

This was a simple promotion - just to a bit higher volume store. I did not even really have an interview, just asked over the phone whether I wanted to go there.
