Pretty straightforward, know the brand values, their style and competitors. Have in mind how you would style a customer and the questions you would ask them. Also know your managing style and words to describe it.

I applied online. I then had phone screening with a store manager in the district (the store I was interviewing for did not have a store manager at the time). I had another in person interview with that same store manager. Then I had an interview with the store manager/district manager in person

Professional and fairly simple. I didn't feel like there were many curve ball questions. It helped that I had previous experience in the position in a different company. At the time, it was a helpful position to accept.
