Entretien
I first spoke with a recruiter, then I went in for an in person interview with the store manager. Lastly, I spoke with the district manager on the phone. The interview went smoothly, it was very laid-back and casual.
Pretty straightforward, know the brand values, their style and competitors. Have in mind how you would style a customer and the questions you would ask them. Also know your managing style and words to describe it.

Professional and fairly simple. I didn't feel like there were many curve ball questions. It helped that I had previous experience in the position in a different company. At the time, it was a helpful position to accept.
