Phone interview and if they follow through then in person interview. The questions are overall pretty easy. Just know about the company and why you want to work there. The in person interview is usually led by 2 or 3 individuals.

It was a positive experience, the interviewers were very nice and were patient with my answers. The questions mostly ask about experience and how you would react to certain situations.

Interview was not as hard, spefically focused on the job responsibilities and I was asked on-field job real time scenerio questions and behaviour questions. I had 2 rounds of interviews, 1st with manager, 2nd with senior level manager.

Met JB Hunt representatives at a college career fair. Spoke with a Transportation Manager for my first interview. Was contacted shortly after and offered a job as a Manager Trainee.
