The interview for my internship involved everyone in the Telecommunication Engineering department (10-11 people) and myself. We met in a conference room at J.B. Hunt headquarters. The conversations were professional, but light-hearted. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, in which I was allowed to answer questions and ask questions myself. I was later scheduled for a followup 1-on-1 interview with the department head. We met over lunch and discussed my engineering interests more and the roles his team played in the success of the company.
