Please give a in-depth description of your budgeting plan, and how it improved.
Was called for an initial phone screen, typical scheduling. Questions seemed generic and I wondered if they even cared about my qualifications or experience so that tells me they likely had an internal candidate or the recruiter was not very experienced.
