What do you say about an interview process where: 1. The first interviewer skips the interview. 2. Then sends you a list of questions to fill out. 3. Then ghosts you. 4. 4 months later, an additional recruiter reaches out for a second interview. 5. Sends you to the next level for a follow up Video interview. 6. Who then sends you to the "Hiring Manager" for an additional Video interview. 7. You then meet the most bored looking hiring manager of your life who proceeds to interview you for an hour. 8. When you finally get to the end, and ask about next steps, they inform you "Oh, this is an evergreen posting, there are no job openings. I guess we should have told you that." 9. I think you recognize that company will never respect your time if you ever happened to join them..... 10. Walk away
