Applied online through their website. Had a phone interview with an HR person from Arkansas. I did not feel very confident on how my interview went, so I figured I did not get the internship. 3 months later, I received an email that said they decided to go with someone else.

Tell me about a difficult situation you have experienced?
Quick interview process asked a few questions about my experience and went through what the role would entail asked about my long term goals and what I can bring to the company
Online interview where I was asked some behavioral and technical questions. The interviewers tested to see how well I knew Java by showing me and enchanted for-loop and asking me to spot problems in the code.
Good experience overall. Everything is manager dependent. From what I have experienced, for the most part run it. They ask about you and guide you if you’re unsure but intelligent questions and keen interest are key
