Submitted application online and received an email asking if I was interested in teaching in the upcoming semester (which was only a month away). I said yes and met for an informal interview with the Dept Chair. She asked about previous experience and availability, not a lot of probing questions or personal information.

Detailed questions about classes that I taught in a different state, what requirements and policies my former employer had. Noted that Indiana had different slant on the required course and asked if I thought I could teach to their model.
