The interview process with Ivy Rehab was straightforward and positive. It started with a phone screen where we discussed my desired positions and interests. Since I was out of state, the next step was a Teams interview. The conversation was natural, beginning with basic interview questions and smoothly transitioning into a discussion about teamwork, creating a positive work environment, and the company’s approach to support and mentorship. We also touched on their practice ideals and how they align with my values.
