I had a very disappointing experience with Ivanti’s hiring process. After progressing through every stage, including a final presentation to six team members (VP, Hiring Manager, and CSMs), I was told days later that I wouldn’t be offered the role due to salary expectations.
This came as a surprise, considering the fixed salary had been clearly communicated and accepted by me before the process even began. There was never any discussion of a range. It felt deeply unprofessional to let me invest so much time without addressing this earlier — especially before a final presentation.
I was told the budget had changed, but hearing that only after everything was completed felt like a convenient excuse. It raised serious concerns about transparency and internal alignment.

The interview felt rushed. While the objectives of the interview were made clear, the time allocated did not allow us time to complete all topics. I felt as if I was unable to fully articulate my answers knowing we were pressed for time.
