There were about four people in the in person interview in the conference room. The older man was hands off and unsure of what to do while the raspy smokers-voice woman just seemed to want to throw anyone into the position hence no questions from her. I wouldn't call it a difficult interview but it was a strange one.
Pros:
-Good products, in fact the products are so good that they still do well in spite of all the apathy, incompetence and subsequent high turnover rate.
Cons:
-Lack of organization, communication and work review
-The short-tempered, toxic, aggressive director who constantly talked atrociously about employees and clients
-Shady practices
