It was a very long and inconvenient process. They are not clear about the process at all and quite honestly, the whole company seems like a scam. Please steer clear if you have respect for your time because this company definitely does not. After clearing 3 interview rounds, they give you an offer letter with a salary amount and everything, but apparently that is only an "invitation letter" for a one-week orientation and THEN there will be an evaluation over the orientation materials and THEN you get an offer IF you pass. How shady. The trainers who give lectures during the orientation are terrible at teaching. They are not punctual, don't give proper timings, and basically just read off of slides. Sounds like college all over again. If you are a young professional looking for a job, STEER CLEAR, YOU DESERVE BETTER. Absolutely a horrible experience and a total waste of time/energy.
