My interview at Iterate was a good balance of personal and technical questions. The first phone call wasn't too long and was very informative about the company and what they were looking for in a candidate. The second interview was at their office and was focused getting to know me and my employment history. The third interview was also at the office a week later, where I met more team members and had a chance to do a brief technical analysis which I then presented to one of the team members. Overall, the Iterate team did a great job of making me feel comfortable while we talked, and I would recommend anyone interested in the world of SEM and SEO to apply!
