      I've worked with lots of sales recruiters over my career and Destiny stands head and shoulders above any recruiter I've ever worked with. Her detailed prep work, her considerable effort in prepping you for your interview really shows how she goes above and beyond to ensure her client's success. I walked into my interview supremely confident knowing that I was extremely well prepared and ready for anything the interviewer was going to ask.

      Destiny made sure to dig into my background, references, and test my skills to prove that I would be a good fit for her and her clients. She asked for proof of achievements and verified information to keep accountability on both sides.

      She reached out to me on Linked in for a potential opportunity she was recruiting for a client of hers. The process starts with a conversation about your goals, history, and metrics. Based on those answers, she evaluates whether it makes sense to talk through the opportunity. From there, she sends over a series of detailed requests and questions so that she can send your profile over to her client. She also sends over clear next steps and what to expect, which I really appreciate. My initial impression is that she is extremely picky about who she works with not only from a candidate perspective but also a company/leadership perspective, which immediately put me at ease and let me know I could trust her and her advice! She also sets you up to succeed as a candidate by make sure your resume and LinkedIn profile are optimized and in line with best practices for today’s job market.

Experience working in a smaller/startup environment- why is this ideal? How many leads per week/ month are you generating? Metrics per day (call, emails, dms, talk time)? Tech stack experience? ACV? Largest deal closed? Average sales cycle length? How much of your day was/is spent working with existing accounts (lead list) vs. hunting for new business? Decision makers sold into? Sales methodologies/ fav sales books? Why left last org? What did you learn from your current/ last position? What does “growth” mean to you?
