The interview seems to be a 3 part process: The first interview was conducted via telephone, then is you pass you will receive 3 mock trouble tickets for you to solve. Once you pass this, then you get called for a face to face interview. The face to face was a bit much, you get lead into a conference office with ALL 10 support staff, support manager, HR person and support supervisor. Once you get the face to face, they make you sit in the middle of the conference desk with all of them surrounding you. Then the questions comes... Be prepared to answer all of them.

Since it is tech support , you'll be asked questions such as " What is an App Pool?" And "How is is used" Other questions such as "What is the difference between an POP3 email vs. an SMTP email?" Very basic stuff in regards to tech support and i answered them with no problems.

Phone interview, technical questions, in-person roundtable interview with management and peers. Quick turnaround. Experience overall was great. Met a lot of people. Building is beautiful. Very contemporary. Everyone was really cool.
