J'ai passé un entretien chez Issac&Stern Architects
Entretien
the partner asked me to work for three days without commitment, and that he would let me know on the third day if I was hired. He did not ask questions about my experience, and asked illegal questions during an interview (where I lived and made strange comments about marital status)
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Issac&Stern Architects (New York, NY)
Entretien
The partner Stern met with me, did not waste his time looking at my portfolio, nor asking me questions about my experience. He said that his process was different, that he wanted to pay you to try you out for THREE days, for which you would be paid. I tried this, but it was a waste of my time. He never talked to me again. The Issac partner through a different project at me every day to draw a wall section of a building, as apparently everyone else in the office there did not have this type of skill. At 6 PM on the third day, he reviewed my work and asked me to stay late to finish my drawing. I told him I had a previous commitment that evening and was not available. They never told me whether I had the job or not. I got ZERO feedback from them. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRICK. I think they just wanted sections blocked out to then redline to give to their less experienced employees. Either that, or to get your age and social security number before they hire you. Many red flags, what new SCAM is this?
