Very disappointed, interviewed in Birmingham. From my experience, some panel interviewers were neutral and engaging, others were intimidating and unwelcoming. I personally felt looked down on and negatively judged throughout the whole interview. I put a lot of time and effort into preparing for the interview and was disappointed by the behaviour of some interviewers. I was not provided with an update or feedback or any response after the interview, despite being in communication throughout the recruitment process. Overall, interview questions were standard but I would not apply again based on my experience.
