Very long interview, didn't like the whole environment which is too laid back. The interviewer was too concern if i didnt like the fact that crafting questionnaires is a day to day thing. Didnt even bother to ask if I'm willing to learn it or not. It's as if they expect me to dive into the position and just do it on my own, which seems pretty unfair especially when you are not familiar to the working environment there yet
