They kept changing the hiring process as they went along, and adding steps. The manager didn't show up for my scheduled in-person interview. The interview I did have was with two people who were given no notice, were not prepared, and one of them actually stated at the beginning that they didn't want to be performing the interview. Neither of them were decision makers in the hiring process. They acted disinterested the entire time, looking blankly at a computer screen while I spoke, not giving me eye contact and seemingly not listening. Then the hiring manager ghosted me. Wasted a lot of my time. Unprofessional & very disorganized. Strangest experience I've ever had while job hunting.
