The day was broken up into three parts. Passion presentation, group assessment and 1:1 interviews. The team did an amazing job ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and gave us breaks between each assessment

Starting with a video and written application, and then into the 20 minute online interview. The interview was a very relaxed and calming atmosphere which made the experience much better. The next round was assessment centres which involved a two minute passion presentation, a group case study and presentation and finally another 20 minute interview. The whole day was amazing l, getting to meet and chat with new people and discuss what the job involved. I gained a lot of valuable knowledge!
