The interviewing process consisted of me applying online and then 1 week later a 30 minute phone interview with HR. 2 days later was called to schedule a 1:1 with the hiring manager onsite the following week.

The questions were very generic and was basically a briefing of my past experience. To be honest I think I asked more questions than she did.
