Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Iress
Entretien
After the initial screening with HR, it took about 2 weeks to hear back that they would like to get me in for an in person interview.
The actual interview was good, they asked very broad, thought provoking questions and it came across like they really knew how to interview someone well. Both the hiring managers were also lovely to speak too and seemed like very decent people.
After the interview, I was told I would hear back the following week.
I heard nothing, I ended up having to chase them up 4 or 5 times, messaging both HR and the hiring managers and getting ignored.
Eventually, after almost a month, one of the hiring managers got back to me apologising for the delayed feedback, letting me know I was unsuccessful as there was a candidate with better experience.
I asked for some custructive critisism to aid my future interviews, to which i was provided some that I couldn't do a whole lot with.
In essence, great interview, nice hiring managers, awful communication.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Iress (Cheltenham, Angleterre) en mars 2024
Entretien
Screening call discussing the role their expectations and also my expectations. This was followed by the two-hour interview with a coding challenge that I had to fix mistakes and bugs and tech questions.
Technical interview was well done and will really test your skills. Very professional and provides good feedback on the assigned source code project as well. The turnaround time for the decision also didn't take too long and updates are proactive during the hiring stage.
