Entretien
I applied and interviewed at Melbourne for the Graduate Test Enginner role. The four stages of the application includes:
1) Submit application form, cv.
2) One way video interview with 7 questions, unlimited time to prepare your answer and one chance to record.
3) Codility programming test with two questions. Basic coding questions under timed conditions with about 75-80 minutes to complete.
4) Assessment centre:
- 30 minute presentation from IRESS
- 45 minute group activity
- 30 minute behavioural interview
- 2 hour technical interview

Entretien
The process took 3+ months.
Started off with a video interview followed by an online codility test.
Got invited to an assessment center which consisted of a 40 minutes group activity, technical interview, and a behavioral interview.
Got invited for a second interview after a week, which was again a technical one.
Waited for another 2 weeks to get a rejection call with no particular feedback which was bit disappointing. But the overall experience was great and the staffs were fantastic and professional.
