I was flown for engineering manager interview from west coast to east coast after settling on a compensation number. The interview process is just meet and greet. The more I talked to them the more I realized they have no idea what they are doing. They want to be a startup but mentally and work wise they are a typical east coast with politics and low engineering prows. They made me an offer which was 70k below my ask and also downgraded my level. I would avoid interviewing here
