1. Interview with the CTO. That was a very nice interview. I enjoyed the level of professionalism of their CTO. 2. Test assessment. It was fun but the task was taken from the world of web apps and a few requirements were not applicable and even doable in the world of mobile development. 3. Review of test assessment. This process took a few weeks and I even lost my hope that this will be ever done. 4. Final interview with CEO. I found it not very pleasant. The CEO was arrogant and mostly spoke about his achievements. He was not much interested in my motivation or goals. The overall process of interviews took 3 months. This is the longest job interview I ever had in my 25 years of work experience.
