      Started with initial email and then a small technical screening. Then a take home test followed by a technical pair programming, followed by system design interview . All were online. Process moved very quick. Very friendly people, i think they have a good culture and strong engineering team. However their interview skills were not that great. Starting with initial screening interview no heads up was given if technical questions were going to be part of it, so it was like a surprise quize test on js. The initial impression given on Technical test were also wrong, They said you will be asked to code on things you use in your current role, day to day job, but that was not the case and entirely differnt things were asked to code on, interviewers were quite nice but what was the point, as it felt like it was setup to failure anyways. System design test was just another coding technical round rather than a system design test, again something that did match the expectation. I think their issue was at setting the right expectation on what will be asked in the interview. They were not clear on that and that way they will end up wasting their and interviewee's time. Otherwise people were quite nice from the recruiter to all the interviewers.

      Good process, right level of interview difficulty, experienced interviewers, timely process, objective outcomes. It was an enjoyable nprocess and one you would expect of a mature company with experienced leaders.
