Panel interview with multiple teams. Asked each team what they were looking for from this position and each gave a different answer ranging from a project manager to a business analyst, neither of which were the actual job I was interviewing for. Upon initial conversation with HR I told her my salary requirements which was “no problem”. After the phone interview with the hiring manager I repeated my salary requirements again, again “no problem”. Wasted an entire day interviewing and was offered the position but the salary was below my required range and was told it was non negotiable. Red flags all around. Poor organization within the team where you’d be overworked and taking on multiple jobs paired with the dishonest HR made it easy to turn this job down.
