The whole process was a strange experience that made me wonder if it's a real company or if I was being pranked as part of hidden reality show. To start, you answer a questionnaire with some fairly odd questions, then get invited to record video answers for more relevant questions, followed by an HR call, and then four interviews. The interviewers had senior titles, but it didn't quite appear their experiences matched the level of their titles. They didn't seem to know or understand some of the standard things that people in their roles would normally know. It also appeared they didn't know what to ask in an interview for the role I was applying. They did not seem very prepared. There was definitely something strange to the interviews. They were friendly though.

A common theme was to ask what you know about Invisible, how you heard of them, why are you interested?
Apply -> Submit written answers to several questions -> Submit Video Answers to several questions -> Proceed to in person interviews -> First two interviews were from different verticals -> Third interview was with industry lead -> Fourth interview was with Head of Operations-> Fifth interview would have been with the founder.
This process started in late Dec/Early Jan and it took one to two weeks in between making this a very lengthy process.
The company is in a transition phase and it's unclear what their direction is and what products and services they want to target as their "bread and butter" offerings.
Overall, this is one of the stranger interview processes I've been through. At times I felt like I might be dealing with an MLM or some other type of organization that would ask me for money.
The VP base salary is incredibly low in any market. The equity and bonus opportunities look like they would offset the low pay but there are no guarantees. If you're in the position to take a chance this is worth checking out.
