te envian un screening por video, el cual no es dificl, ya que podes regrabar, pero luego te envian un challenge más completo o complejo... que toma bastante tiempo y nunca vuelven a comunicarse ni siquiera para cerrar el proceso. Tampoco responden a los mails de follow up y esto sucedió 2 veces

The entire process was done without meeting a person. There was a test gorilla c2 English and Critical thinking stage; there was also a stage where I was tested by being asked to provide prompts and responses that satisfy conditions considered when training an AI

The screening process was very lengthy, first will be the English timed test. Then a SFT type assessment, which is typically the entire process but in my case they was and additional 3 assessment catering to the specific project I would take. Overall for this position there isn't an actual interview just multiple screening.
