The interview process was fairly straight forward. You would talk to 4 people. The first would be someone you'd be working with. Second would be a engineer counter part. Third would be the head of tech and the engineering director. I would say, the interview experience was a mixed bag. I met some great people who were very knowledge able but the process was very tedious, long and unclear at the end. The process took about 4 to 5 weeks. Took around 2 weeks to schedule a screen call and then about 1 week to schedule and talk to each interviewer. Final Round Interview was cut short and I was only asked one question which left me puzzled if they were able to ask all the necessary questions. At the end, they decided to progress with other's who have more technical experience. With that being said, the interview process and overall candidate empathy could use a bit of work as they do tend to leave you in the dark between interviews. With that being said, I do think this is a great organization to be a part of despite the growing pains.
