J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Invisible Technologies en avr. 2023

Was told they used AI for hiring but based on the number of F2F interviews in the process that entire thing seemed untrue and really just smoke and mirrors for the fact that they are touting themselves to be an AI company that is really run off global slave labor (like everyone else). The interview process was extremely unorganized and not professional at all. The senior member of the team who was supposed to be my superior was a college dropout who seemed like he was likely friends with the CEO and gave me the impression he didn't even know how to conduct an interview in the first place. They told me over and over it was a meritocracy but everything I witnessed during the interview process told me that was a lie. They will lie at every stage of the interview repeatedly and once you pull back the curtain and realize it is all a farce suddenly they will drop you from the process. The entire company seems to be overloaded with Narcs and I could tell instantly it was toxic just based on how different each interview seemed. Seems like one more boy's club startup where overqualified and under-compensated women are expected to just be happy they are invited to the party at all and must do all the work for a bunch of bros who will ultimately turn around and take the credit for everything you do. No thanks. I have no interest in indentured servitude for wages that are 30%+ lower than the market average. Respect yourself enough to tell this company to get someone else to do it.
