2 interviews, each 15 minutes long. Asked about why I wanted to work at Invisible Children, what qualities I could bring to the job, strengths and weaknesses etc...the HR team at IC is very friendly and fun to speak with. They filled me in on the position, what the responsibilities would look like, and why the position was important to the company's success.

Applied online. Got a response within two weeks. Had a phone interview. They reached out about 3 days after with offer. It was a rather pleasant process--need to demonstrate you know about the organization and the work they do.
