J'ai passé un entretien chez Invi Grid

      Entretien

I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with Invi Grid, which began with a telephonic interview about a month ago. During this initial interview, I was asked about my CTC and some basic questions. Shortly after, I had a follow-up discussion with an advisor, who inquired about my cloud knowledge and experience. After this, I was informed that I had been shortlisted and would proceed to the next round. The process then went silent for about a month before I was unexpectedly contacted to schedule another interview. To my surprise, I passed this round and was offered a position, which I accepted. I was excited about the role and provided all necessary documents, including certificates and bank details, as requested. The communication initially seemed clear: the job was to start immediately once the company shipped the laptop. However, things took a turn when, unexpectedly, I was asked to complete an additional technical round, which I found challenging and unexpected given the previous communications. This last-minute change, coupled with a rushed task, made me feel as though they might be trying to find reasons to reject me. Following this, there was a lack of response from HR, despite my attempts to follow up. Eventually, I was informed that my position had been put on hold due to the company's need to move quickly and that they could not accommodate new hires at this time. I was advised to seek other opportunities, as the position might not be available for a month or more. This experience was particularly disheartening as I had turned down other offers and committed to this opportunity based on the initial assurances given by the company. The lack of clear communication and the abrupt changes in the hiring process were frustrating and left me in a difficult position. I hope that Invi Grid can address these issues to improve their candidate experience and communication in the future. Transparency and consistency are crucial for maintaining trust and ensuring a positive hiring process.
