Had my first interview with the regional Manager and second interview with the directors. The first interview went fine the second interview was degrading. The directors made me feel bad for having goals and ambitions and told me that they wouldn’t be able to help with those. They also did not call back to let you know if you got the job or not which is super unprofessional
